Finquest Financial Solutions Private Limited (FFSPL) is a Non-Banking Financial Company, further categorized as a Non-Systemically Important NBFC (NBFC-NSI) – Investment and Credit Company (ICC), falling under the Base Layer, registered with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI).
FFSPL was founded by Shri. Late Bharat Jayantilal Patel and his son, Mr. Hardik Bharat Patel, in 1997 as a modest trading activity for financial intermediation and embarked upon offering customized structured solutions.
FFSPL was incorporated on June 3, 2004 and has obtained the certificate of registration dated May 29, 2009, bearing registration no. N-13.01935 issued by the RBI under Section 45IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act 1934, to commence or carry out business of non-banking financial institutions without accepting public deposits.
FFSPL is involved in various activities such as direct lending, investments, the purchase of stressed financial assets, trading in listed securities, and acquiring assets under the IBC. The primary goal has always been to moderate the vision and mission by monitoring people’s wants. As a result of concerted efforts, FFSPL has been able to finance corporations and individuals across varied industries, including real estate, textiles, paper, financial services, IT solutions, etc.
